Our Cape Peninsula Tour is a comprehensive tour of the Cape Peninsula that includes a drive along the Atlantic Seaboard and the breathtaking Chapman's Peak Drive which stretches from Hout Bay to Noordhoek offering breathtaking views of the mountain chain and Atlantic Ocean .

Boulders Beach is a quaint little cove we visit situated near Simons Town and in 1982 a pair of penguins decided this would be perfect place to make home. Today there are over 3000 penguins at Boulders Beach . You are able to get close to the penguins which allow excellent photographic opportunities.

Following our lunch and walkabout in Simons Town we head to the icons of the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point.

The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve is a wonderland of beautiful flowers, wildlife, and bird life with up to 240 species recorded, stunning white beaches, rugged cliffs, intriguing rock pools and crashing surf.

Whales and dolphins are sometimes visible off-shore in winter months where they mate and give birth to their calves.

The vegetation is a healthy representation of the unique “fynbos” that is so characteristic of the Cape . This small reserve boasts 1036 plant species – the same number as are found in the entire British Isles .

The area has a long history of human visits and occupation and there are many historical sites to visit here too. In 1488 Bartolomeu Dias named it Cabo Tormentosa - The “ Cape of Storms ” and in the intervening years this stormy coastline has claimed more than its fair share of ships. There are 29 known shipwrecks lying off this coast – some of them visible at low tides.

The tour would expect to end back in Cape Town late afternoon.
